Vendor Funded Program Management

Lead designer for the Sysco+ Partnership program, a vendor-funded advertising initiative designed to onboard and scale strategic brand partnerships. I developed the branding, an executive-facing pitch deck used to introduce and secure participation from over 20 vendors, translating a complex program structure into a clear, compelling narrative for senior stakeholders and external partners. I also created a promotional hype video to generate excitement around the program, combining motion graphics, messaging, and storytelling to bring the initiative to life and drive engagement.

In addition to the program branding, I managed the end-to-end execution of vendor-sponsored placements across Sysco Shop. Responsibilities included intake and organization of vendor assets, copy and imagery mockups, campaign coordination, ecommerce publishing within Contentstack CMS, scheduling over 20 campaigns per month, QA validation, and maintaining brand consistency across customer-facing digital experiences.
